Poetry Packet Response

In the second poetry packet our group discussed And what do you get, Emily Dickinson 377, dream boogie. In the first poem Heather Mchugh had a hidden meaning in what's she wrote. Emily Dickinson wrote about death and when she did this I believe that she was sick and dying. In Dream Boogie it sounds like a song, the language is simple and child like and symbolizes a chikds freedom from slavery

Poetry Packet Response

Out of all the poems in the first poetry packet I really enjoyed...Where It Passes, Untouchable, Lens,  and Geology of Water. I like these poems because these authors use nature to depict what they want to talk about and make there words very imaginable.
